Order Information

How do I track my order? 
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all of the tracking information (please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear from time of dispatch). You can alternatively check the status of your parcel here
Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, once your order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, if you are no longer in need of it, we ask that you return this back to us for a refund.

Can I make any changes to my order? 

We are unfortunately unable to make any changes to orders once they are accepted. If you would like to make any changes, we would recommend returning the item(s) once received, and place a new order for what you would like. 

Part of my order is missing, what do I do? 

In the unlikely and unfortunate event there your order has arrived with missing item(s), please contact us straight away at info@ironmountainworkwear.co.uk so that we can resolve this straight away.  

Can I change the delivery address? 

As company policy, we cannot amend the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please ensure the correct delivery address has been inputted when placing the order.
