Returns
We always hope you are 100% satisfied with your order, but in the event that this isn't so, we have a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original and re-sellable condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
The return costs are covered by the buyer, so we strongly recommend keeping a copy of proof of postage in the unlikely event there is an issue during transit back to us.

International Returns
Like our UK Return policy, International Returns can be made within 30-days of receipt of goods. Please contact us at info@ironmountainworkwear.co.uk so that we may forward you to the correct international return hub.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@ironmountainworkwear.co.uk immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we make it right for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and face coverings/PPE. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer an exchange service - the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once the refund has been process, which will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
